About This Position

Travel RN Care Coordinator / Case Manager – Chico, CA $80/HR

Location: Chico, CA
Facility: Enloe Medical Center
Address: Enter at W. Fifth and, 1531 Esplanade, Magnolia Ave, Chico, CA 95926
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Pay rate $75/HR

Gross : $3000/Week

Non Taxable: $1246

Taxable $1754

Requirements:

Active California RN License

Current AHA BLS Certification

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN Case Management/Care Coordination experience

Experience with discharge planning, utilization review, and care coordination

EPIC experience preferred

MTK-2

Pay: $72.00 - $75.00 per hour
