About This Position
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Travel Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care across various healthcare settings in Oklahoma. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including hospitals, emergency departments, and specialty units such as cardiac catheterization, trauma centers, and critical care units. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing experience, including ICU, emergency medicine, and post-acute care, along with proficiency in advanced medical procedures and EMR systems. This position emphasizes travel nursing flexibility, allowing you to expand your expertise while delivering vital healthcare services to a broad patient population.
Requirements
One (2) years of nursing experience and (1) year of recent IMC experience
Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures.
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
Ability to apply nursing techniques.
Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
Some computer skills.
Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or higher) from an accredited program (preferred).
