Ashley House is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our pediatric care teams in Woodinville, WA.
Ashley House serves children, teens, and young adults with complex medical needs who require skilled, around-the-clock support. Our homes provide long-term, transitional, and respite care in warm, highly skilled environments where clinical care and everyday quality of life matter equally. From personal care and therapeutic routines to school support, outings, play, and comfort, our CNAs help create safety, stability, and joy for the children and families .
Country Home | Woodinville, WA
Country Home is a loving eight-bed pediatric medically complex group home providing 24-hour skilled nursing care to medically fragile and technology-dependent children. Founded in 1997 as Children’s Country Home, the program served as a cornerstone for the medically fragile community for 26 years. In July 2024, Children’s Country Home merged with Ashley House and became Ashley House – Country Home, continuing its legacy of compassionate, child-centered care.
Responsibilities
As a CNA at Ashley House, you will be an essential part of each client’s daily life. You will assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, repositioning, toileting, and feeding, often using specialized equipment such as feeding pumps, wheelchairs, and lifts.
You will help monitor vital signs, observe and report changes in condition, and support therapeutic routines under the supervision of an RN. Just as importantly, you will help create moments of connection, comfort, and normalcy, whether that means supporting a child during school activities, helping with an outing, reading a favorite book, or simply being a steady and trusted presence.

Friday–Sunday Evening Bid: 1500–2300
Monday Day Shift: 0700–1530
Tuesday Day Shift: 0700-1530
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Proof of valid immunizations, including COVID, Flu, and Tdap
Current BLS/CPR certification
Current Food Handler Card
Ability to pass and maintain a fingerprint background check
Valid Washington State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years old
Availability to complete at least two training shifts per week, typically on weekdays
