Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Mitchell, SD
Facility: Firesteel Healthcare Center
Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Start Date: August 24, 2026
ND Global Consulting Services Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for an exciting Long-Term Care opportunity in Mitchell, South Dakota.
Job Details:
Long-Term Care / Nursing Home Setting
40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
Evening Shift Available: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Additional Shift Opportunities Available
Every Other Weekend Required (EOW)
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide quality patient care and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
Maintain accurate documentation
Follow facility policies and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Qualifications:
Active CNA Certification
Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
