Keystone Ridge Post Acute is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN leader or a strong RN who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work alongside the Director of Nursing to support our clinical team, strengthen resident outcomes, develop nursing staff, and help create a culture where people are proud to work.

What You'll Do
As ADON, you'll partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to:
Support and develop RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing team members
Help oversee day-to-day nursing operations and staffing
Promote strong clinical practices and quality resident care
Assist with admissions and changes in resident condition
Monitor compliance with facility policies and LTC regulations
Complete clinical audits and follow through on identified opportunities
Help identify and resolve clinical or operational concerns
Collaborate with department leaders to improve resident outcomes
Oversee and support the facility's Infection Prevention program
Participate in the nursing leadership on-call rotation
Help create an environment of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – required
Current CPR certification
Long-term care/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of LTC regulations and clinical best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coach, develop, and support nursing team members
Organized, solution-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities
