What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document patient conditions
Support patients emotionally and physically
Respond to changes in condition and escalate as needed
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
What You Need
Active LPN license (Wisconsin or Compact)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
