Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with RNs and other team members to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care, administer medications, and complete treatments according to physician orders
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to RNs and physicians
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
Supervise CNAs and assist with staff development and training
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
Current Washington State LPN license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Valid IV certification
Strong communication and assessment skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellent resident care
Previous SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads welcome
