Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with occupational therapists to deliver high-quality services to students
Provide direct treatment using established IEP goals and OT plans
Adjust and respond to varying caseloads week to week, based on school and student needs
Accurately document student progress and treatment sessions according to regulations
Maintain effective communication with the OT team, teachers, and staff
Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for all learners
This contract role offers a consistent 37.5-hour work week, with the flexibility to manage a fluid caseload that can shift based on the needs of the school and students. You'll contribute to a collaborative, caring workplace while gaining valuable experience in school-based therapy.
