What You’ll Do
Lead patient admissions and comprehensive assessments
Develop and manage individualized Plans of Care
Oversee recertifications, discharges, and resumptions of care
Supervise, mentor, and educate clinical staff to ensure top-tier patient outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
Utilize your expertise in wound care and wound vac management
Already experienced in wound care? We need you.
