Compensation
$35–$43/hour, based on experience (PPV equivalent available)

What You’ll Do
As a Home Health LPN, you'll provide skilled, personalized nursing care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families in the comfort of home.
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management
Observe and assess patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members
Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You’ll Bring
Current Washington State LPN license, or license in place before your first day
Current AHA BLS certification
Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
Home Health experience preferred, but not required
