We're looking for compassionate caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want meaningful work, flexible schedules, and the support of a team that truly values what they do.
Have you worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Community, Memory Care, or Rehabilitation Center?

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one care for seniors in the comfort of their homes
Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and daily routines
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and community outings
Monitor client well-being and communicate important changes
Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
What We're Looking For
Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
Previous caregiving experience is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass background check and medical clearance requirements
