Human Service Agency is unique to South Dakota as we are the only Community Support Provider and Mental Health Counseling Center located within one agency. We are divided into two divisions: Behavioral Health, which administers counseling and other mental health services, and New Horizons, which directs programs and services for the developmentally disabled. The Medical Personnel Staff (LPN/CNA/EMT) will provide direct care in the detoxification/co-occurring halfway house setting. Responsibilities include coordination and oversight of all programming, documentation and direct client care. This position is responsible for all medical aspects of the detoxification day-to-day operation, and health and medical aspects of the Halfway House Program. Qualifications
