We are seeking a Regional Clinical Nurse (RN) to serve as a clinical leader and resource across multiple healthcare entities within our network. In this high-impact role, you will drive clinical excellence, regulatory readiness, and best-practice standardization across a portfolio of partner sites.

You will not be tied to one location—instead, you’ll travel daily/weekly to various facilities, collaborating with site leadership, staff, and corporate quality teams to elevate patient outcomes and staff competency.

Pay: $150k-$200k DOE, years based

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Improvement Analyze quality metrics (falls, pressure ulcers, restraints, antipsychotic use, etc.) and collaborate with facility leaders to design and track improvement initiatives.
  • Interim Leadership Coverage Fill in as interim Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant DON at sites during vacancies or leaves, ensuring continuity of clinical operations.
  • Travel & Site Management Maintain a weekly travel schedule visiting facilities
