About This Position
PRN Pay: $25/hr.
Our staff LOVE working at The Terrace! The Terrace is an inviting and homey 40-room care community providing 24-hours-a-day compassionate care in a pleasant and supportive residential environment.
As basic care, our residents live independently in our facility with mild extra support in daily tasks such as providing meals, laundry services, and medication management. The facility is centered around social and recreational programs to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Job Description
As a PRN CNA with Med Aide certification, you'll check MAR for med times and give accordingly; provide residents assistance with ADL's as needed; remind residents of meal and snack times; take vitals as needed; report resident illnesses and accidents; assist in admitting new residents; order medications; help other staff with duties as needed; wash and dry towels, bed linens, and resident laundry; monitor dining room for safety and assist with serving; check and empty garbage cans of resident rooms, nurse's stations, and med carts as needed.

6:30 am-2:30 pm (AM)
2:30 pm-10:30 pm (PM)

Work Environment
Work is performed in a residential care setting with frequent interaction with residents, families, staff, and visitors. The position requires maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a sometimes busy or emotionally sensitive environment.
