About This Position
Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, weight, temperature, and pulse. Assist with IV infusion and medication administration. Assist with procedures such as office surgical procedures, under the direction of healthcare professionals. Maintain cleanliness and sterility in patient care areas and assist with sterile processing. General cleaning of patient rooms, IV lounge, aesthetics area etc. Assist with orders, submitting labs/order, updating patient files, patient record management. Insurance verifications, pre-approvals, and prior authorizations.
Requirements: Valid certification as a registered nurse or completion of a RN training program. Proficiency in performing phlebotomy, IV infusion, clinical procedures, basic life support, suture removal, and sterile processing. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Provide a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
