Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for emergency department patients across a variety of acuity levels.
- Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols and provider orders.
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure timely, safe, and patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status clearly during handoffs.
Requirements
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license
- BLS certification (required)
