About This Position
Certified Medical Assistant (Dermatology) – High Performance Team
We are a fast-paced cosmetic and medical dermatology practice seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who can stay organized, chart accurately (previous experience as a scribe is a required), move efficiently, and deliver exceptional patient care every time.
This is not an entry-level or slow-paced role. We are looking for someone who is accountable, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
What You’ll Do
Manage patient flow from start to finish (patient intake, assisting, charting, turnover of rooms)
Assist with full skin exams, biopsies, excisions, injections, lasers, and cosmetic procedures
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient information precisely and efficiently.
Support front office as needed (scheduling, triage, prescription refills)
Maintain clinic efficiency and workflow
Communicate proactively with providers, team members, and patients
What We Expect
WA State Medical Assistant Certified (CM) - REQUIRED
Dermatology experience - REQUIRED
Ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy or patient experience
Professional, polished, and reliable; punctuality is mandatory
Team player who steps in without being asked
Comfortable in a high-expectation, fast-moving environment
Compensation & Perks
Competitive hourly pay (up to $40/hour DOE)
Monthly commission (avg. +$3.60/hour)
Complimentary cosmetic services (post-introductory period)
Schedule
36–40 hours/week
Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM; 4-day work week)
Occasional extended hours
