About the Role
As a core member of our clinical team, you will provide comprehensive episodic and primary care services to patients of all ages. You’ll work independently and alongside our physicians to deliver exceptional care with an emphasis on prevention, education, and efficient care coordination.
What You’ll Do
Deliver urgent, primary, and preventive care to patients in a modern clinic setting
Perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and minor procedures
Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other tests
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Collaborate with supervising physicians as needed
Educate patients on health management, medications, and follow-up care
Accurately document all patient encounters in the EMR
Who You Are
A licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California
Graduate of an accredited program (NP or PA)
Clinically confident with 2+ years of experience in urgent care, ER, internal medicine, or family practice
ACLS and PALS certified
A strong communicator who builds trust with patients and peers
Comfortable working independently in a high-volume environment
