About This Position

Trustaff is seeking experienced Stepdown Registered Nurses (Stepdown RNs) for high-paying 13-week travel nursing assignments nationwide. Earn up to $3,049 per week while providing specialized care to patients who require close monitoring and advanced nursing support in leading hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country.

As a Travel Stepdown RN, you'll care for patients who need a higher level of observation and intervention than a medical-surgical unit but do not require intensive care unit (ICU) treatment. Whether you're an experienced Stepdown Nurse, Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN, Intermediate Care RN, or Telemetry Nurse, Trustaff offers rewarding opportunities to advance your career while exploring destinations nationwide.
