Husky Senior Care is looking for an exceptional Caregiver Specialist to join our elite caregiving team. This is not your typical caregiver position.
As a Caregiver Specialist, you'll be the trusted professional who steps in when clients need care most—covering caregiver vacations, illnesses, emergencies, and new client start-ups. You will play a critical role in ensuring our clients never experience a gap in care and that our team continues to deliver the outstanding service that has built our reputation.

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver Specialist, you will:
Fill scheduling gaps caused by caregiver vacations, illnesses, emergencies, and unexpected openings.
Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes.
Assist with onboarding new clients and helping them transition smoothly into services.
Review and follow client care plans before each shift.
Complete accurate care documentation and weekly reports.
Assist with administrative and care-management support when needed.
Remain available and ready for deployment during scheduled work hours.
Serve as a dependable resource for our clients, families, and care team.

Required Qualifications
Current Washington State CNA, HCA, or NAR certification.
Minimum of 2 years of successful caregiving experience with a variety of seniors.
Heavy-care experience and confidence working with higher-acuity clients.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel to client homes and transport clients to appointments when needed.
Ability to pass criminal background, credential, and reference checks.
Strong professional references from supervisors covering the last three years.
High personal integrity and reliability.
