Part-Time Position
Monday and Tuesdays 7am-530pm
Wednesday 7am-1230pm
No Saturdays. No holidays
What You’ll Do
Complete patient intake: record vitals, review medications and allergies, gather social and family histories, and document accurately
Assist providers with minor procedures, perform EKGs, administer immunizations, and handle phlebotomy and in-house lab processing
Process prescription refills, prior authorizations, and return patient phone calls
Relay lab results within your scope of practice
Provide cross coverage as part of our Clinical Support Team — answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, processing refills, and relaying results with professionalism and care
Cross training as part of our Front Desk Team -- check patients in & out for their appointments, collect copays, import electronic fax documents to the EHR
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Medical Assisting program
Current Nebraska LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
Nebraska Medication Aide licensure preferred for MAs (we’ll help you obtain it if needed)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical clinic preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for patient care
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
Desire to grow in your career and assume additional responsibilities
