We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about providing exceptional care to older adults in a rewarding and relationship-focused practice.

Qualifications
Eligible for full-time or part-time employment
Experience or interest in geriatrics and primary care
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid care model
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered senior care
