Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid CNA (Nurse Aide) certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Proven ability to provide direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills to effectively partner with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
- Ability to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Dependability and flexibility to adapt to various care environments
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, and eating
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient care areas according to established protocols
- Support nursing staff with patient transfers, positioning, and comfort measures
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Adhere to infection control practices and safety regulations to ensure a safe care environment
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification
- Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide training program
- Demonstrated bedside manner with a patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks associated with the CNA role
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments in Rice Lake, WI
Compensation: Earn between $31.00 and $37.00 per hour with weekly pay through Quick2Hire staffing agency. You will also benefit from the support of a dedicated recruiter who will guide you throughout your assignment and career growth.
