Shift / Schedule

Requirements and Skills
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Exceptional knowledge of communication and swallowing disorders
- Experience conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and family communication
- Proficiency in documenting and reporting patient progress accurately

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Design and administer effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation as per regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and therapy techniques
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
