Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols, proper disposal of medical waste, and adhering to safety practices for heavy lifting and safe patient handling.

Requirements

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with relevant state licensing requirements.

Prior experience working in long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities, or home care environments is highly preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs measurement, and basic life support (BLS/CPR).

Experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with disabilities such as developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is advantageous.

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation.

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper techniques; comfort with manual handling equipment such as Hoyer lifts.

Strong communication skills for caregiving interactions and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA standards.

Join us in delivering exceptional night-time care that transforms lives!
