Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience working in Labor & Delivery (L&D)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on the assigned schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients and support patients throughout the L&D process
- Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes according to unit protocols
- Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
- Communicate clearly with the care team to coordinate safe, patient-centered care
- Maintain a professional, compassionate approach in stressful, time-sensitive situations
