Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- Experience working in Labor & Delivery (L&D) is required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for laboring patients and newborns in collaboration with the care team
- Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the appropriate team members
- Assist with labor support, delivery-related care, and routine postpartum processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols
- Support patient comfort, safety, and family-centered communication
