We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our dynamic team in Alliance, NE. Shift / Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts
- Scheduled from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid RN license in the applicable state
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
- Strong clinical skills in maternal and newborn care
- Ability to perform fetal monitoring and assess maternal and fetal well-being
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capability to provide high-quality patient education and emotional support
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the condition of laboring mothers and their newborns
- Administer medications and interventions safely and accurately
- Assist physicians and midwives during labor and delivery procedures
- Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the childbirth process
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and progress
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected clinical situations
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and/or Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Prior experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal-newborn nursing preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work night shifts and provide compassionate, patient-centered care

- Hourly rate: $80.00 - $95.00
