Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations according to established protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures and ensure appropriate patient positioning
- Acquire diagnostic-quality images and assist with workflow across the sonography team
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical requirements
- Communicate effectively with the care team to support timely diagnostic results
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule as assigned
Requirements
- Active credentialing as a Sonographer, Sonography credential in Cardiac Sonography (as required by employer onboarding)
- Experience performing cardiac ultrasound examinations
- Experience performing vascular ultrasound examinations
- Ability to work rotating on-call coverage
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce diagnostic-quality images
