Shift & Schedule
- 12-hour Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
Requirements & Skills
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential
- Proven experience in respiratory care and therapy
- Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and patient care techniques
- Ability to assess patient respiratory status and implement treatment plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patients’ respiratory conditions and response to therapy
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on respiratory health
- Ensure accurate documentation of respiratory treatments, assessments, and patient progress
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Current state licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $55.00 - $65.00
