Wage Range
LPN: $31.00 – $36.99 per hour
RN: $35.00 – $41.16 per hour
Wages are based on credentials, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
What You'll Do
As a Licensed Nurse, you'll work closely with our Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure residents receive exceptional care and support.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition
Completing assessments and participating in care planning
Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and families
Administering medications and overseeing medication management
Supporting and mentoring care staff
Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Investigating and documenting incidents, falls, and resident concerns
Ensuring compliance with state regulations and community policies
Promoting a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents
What We're Looking For
Current, unencumbered Washington State LPN license
Minimum one year of nursing experience
Assisted Living, long-term care, memory care, or geriatric experience preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Genuine passion for serving older adults
