What You'll Do
Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with:
Dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and repositioning
Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
Ensure residents remain hydrated with snacks, fluids, and supplements
Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
Maintain accurate documentation, including:
Intake/output
Food consumption
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
What You Need
A genuine interest in caregiving and supporting the elderly
Completion of a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course
Active CNA certification with Nebraska Health & Human Services
Must be at least 16 years old
Experience in memory care preferred (but not required)
