Evening Shift LPN
Job Summary:

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care to our residents while making a real difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and medical treatments as needed
Conduct vital signs, monitor residents' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the physicians
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as feeding and toileting
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
Prioritize and manage competing demands and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
