Responsibilities

- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license (required)
- Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
