Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the care plan
- Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and comfort
- Monitor, document, and report changes in condition to the appropriate team members
- Administer medications and treatments as assigned and per established protocols
