Job Summary
Provides nursing care and a wide variety of patient care activities in the outpatient/ambulatory setting at our Lemmon Clinic, under the supervision of the RN, physician, or other authorized provider.
Key Responsibilities
Support patient assessment and communication under RN/provider direction
Administer medications with appropriate patient education
Assist the provider and document care in the EHR
Recognize and report significant condition changes
LPN license (ND and/or SD)
BLS and ACLS certification
- No prior experience required - on-site training provided
