About This Position
At All For Health Hospice, we are committed to our mission of providing the highest possible level of care, compassion, and respect to all patients and families entrusted to our care. We provide hospice services to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families and develop a person-centered plan of care. Available services include: nursing, physicians, hospice aides, counseling, spiritual support, volunteers, medical equipment, and bereavement services
We provide comprehensive health care services to end-of-life patients and their families with both compassion and respect. Our patients come from a wide range of cultures, and we want to ensure that each person's cultural and spiritual needs are met. We are looking for a Hospice Nurse who has a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a passion for serving others. Our staff is intimately involved in the daily lives of our patients, which requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle stress and the willingness to learn from each patient's unique situation.
Responsibilities:
Create a comfortable and nurturing environment for patients and families.
Provide physical and emotional comfort to patients.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Gain knowledge of disease progression and other medical information.
Provide physical comfort to patients with limited movement.
Offer spiritual guidance and counseling to patients, caretakers, and families.
Accompany and support the family in making difficult decisions.
Monitor patient's care plan.
Pay: $55.00 - $300.00 per hour
