In addition to ketamine infusion therapy, we are expanding our services to include Spravato, medication management, and additional wellness-focused offerings. While ketamine infusion therapy remains an important part of what we do, our organization is growing into a more well-rounded mental health and wellness practice. We are adding services such as Spravato, medication management, and other supportive treatment options so we can meet patients where they are and provide more continuity throughout their care.
Ketamine infusion is consistently shown to have significant and rapid success in reducing symptoms associated with Major Depression, Chronic Pain, PTSD, Anxiety, and other difficult-to-treat conditions.

Who We Need:
We are seeking compassionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) and RNs to join our team. The position will involve administering low-dose ketamine infusions in a warm, supportive environment, while also having the opportunity to support patients receiving additional services as our clinic continues to expand.
This is a great opportunity to combine clinical nursing and mental health nursing in a way that offers both personal and professional fulfillment. We have 10-hour shifts and also have open positions for Saturday shifts. Availability to work at other locations to cover vacations, if needed, is highly valued but not required. We are looking for nurses who want to stay with us long-term and contribute to our team in a way that helps build unity, expertise, and camaraderie among our staff.
Who You Are:
As a key player in the success of our clinic, you will work under the direction of the ARNP on site and within established protocols and guidelines, including starting IVs, monitoring patients, and providing infusions.
As our services grow, this role may also involve supporting patients receiving Spravato, medication management, and other clinic services within the appropriate nursing scope and established protocols.
Clinical care is only part of the job. Developing relationships with our patients, helping them feel safe and supported, and being part of their broader journey toward improved mental health and wellness are equally important to success in this role.
Duties/Responsibilities Overview:
Start IVs
Administer infusions per protocol under the direction of the CRNA or ARNP
Monitor patients during infusions and other applicable treatments
Document patient care
Provide patient education and follow-up, including follow-up phone calls
Support additional clinic services as they are introduced and within appropriate scope
Ensure patient safety and a safe work environment
Provide a supportive, calm, and welcoming environment for our patients
Collaborate with providers and staff as our clinical services continue to expand
Requirements/Qualifications:
2 years of nursing experience preferred
Active, unrestricted Washington State LPN or RN license
Psychiatric or mental health nursing experience is helpful but not required
IV skills
Essential traits: compassion, humility, strong work ethic, positive attitude, honesty, ability to get along with others, integrity, wisdom, and emotional intelligence
High attention to detail
Sound personal judgment and decision-making
Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward patients and treat them with respect and compassion
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
ACLS certification is a plus
Exceptional patient/customer service skills
Interest in working in a growing mental health and wellness environment
