Locum Oncology Nurse Practitioner – $120–$125 per Hour
Location: Edmonds, Washington
Job Type: Full-time locum tenens contract
Pay: $120–$125 per hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

Position Overview
Winston Locums is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time locum tenens assignment in Edmonds, Washington.
The Nurse Practitioner will work across an outpatient oncology clinic, infusion treatment center, and hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have recent oncology experience and be comfortable evaluating patients, managing infusion therapy, and responding to potential infusion reactions.
Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Approximately 40 hours per week
Expected shift hours: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Unpaid lunch period
Clinical hours only
No call responsibilities
Overtime applies after 40 hours worked in one week
Responsibilities
Provide oncology care in clinic, infusion center, and hospital settings
Complete patient assessments and follow-up evaluations
Manage patients receiving oncology infusion treatments
Identify and respond appropriately to possible infusion reactions
Develop and update patient care plans
Order and review appropriate laboratory testing and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications within the provider’s scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Practice Support
The selected provider will work alongside an established multidisciplinary team that includes:
Seven registered nurses
Six medical assistants
Two advanced practice providers
More than 10 administrative and office support team members
No advanced practice provider, resident, or teaching supervision is required.
Requirements
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner/APRN license
Active DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Previous oncology clinic experience
Experience managing patient infusions and assessing infusion reactions
Ability to work full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week
Credentialing
The estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 30–90 days. Candidates with complete, readily credentialable files may qualify for an expedited process. Files requiring additional review may take 90 days or longer.
Compensation
$120–$125 per hour
Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
