Position: RN Unit Manager
Pay Range: Starting at $47.00/HR
Location: North Auburn Care, 2830 I St. NE., Auburn, WA 98002

What you will do:
Create and distribute daily work assignments to staff
Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following the facility policy and procedures - redirecting or educating as necessary
Participate in training programs and assist with new staff orientation
Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents
Process/assist with all new admission orders
Must have:
Current RN license without any enforcement action against it
Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
BLS Certified
Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.

Compensation for roles at North Auburn Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, North Auburn Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that North Auburn Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
