Location: Scottsbluff, NE 69361
Pay Rate: $75.00/hour
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Varied (3x12s or 4x10s)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have recent Operating Room experience and be committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Circulate in the operating room while maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team.
Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and document care accurately using EPIC EMR.
Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations as required.
Requirements
Active Nebraska RN License or Compact RN License.
Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience.
Experience as an OR Circulating Nurse.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call assignments.
Holiday coverage required.
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
