Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU/PCU Float
Location: Silverdale, WA
Weekly Pay: $2,470.00 ($68/hr effective rate)
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a assignment in Silverdale, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for critical care nurses looking for competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and the chance to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to critically ill ICU and PCU patients.
Assess, monitor, and treat patients with complex medical conditions.
Titrate vasoactive drips, sedation, paralytics, and other ICU medications.
Care for patients requiring CRRT, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, IABP, Arctic Sun, and post-cardiac interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams.
Float to ICU, PCU, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, or ED Holds as needed based on patient care demands.
Accurately document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
Requirements
Active Washington RN License or Compact RN License
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
EPIC experience preferred
Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to float between units
Team-oriented and adaptable attitude
