WHAT WE OFFER
$32–$36/hour Starting Pay
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
12-Hour Shifts
Every Other Weekend Rotation

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an LPN at Old Mill Rehabilitation, you will:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes in status
Accurately document patient care and clinical information
Implement and support individualized care plans
Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Educate and support patients and their families
Help patients achieve their rehabilitation and recovery goals

Current LPN License in Nebraska or a Compact State
BLS/CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
Reliable transportation
Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
