About This Position

Description:
St. Joseph Villas Homecare and Hospice, a premier Home Health and Hospice company in Omaha, Nebraska, has an opportunity for a Clinical Manager.

Job duties include:

Manage staff compliance with regulatory expectations

Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance

Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines

Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data

Maintain quality data and reports

Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results

Collaborate with clinical team to identify performance improvement/QAPI issues and staff educational needs

Coordinate and execute staff education as it relates to above

Requirements:
Requirements

Experience in Hospice required

Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance

May be required to provide direct patient care assuming staff nurse responsibilities when necessary to support safe, high-quality patient care and agency operation

Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
