Certified Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistant
Independent Contractor (1099)

Concierge Nurse Services is seeking an experienced, professional, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant to join our team as an independent contractor for occasional post-operative care assignments in the greater Seattle area.
This role is best suited for someone looking to pick up supplemental side work, not a full-time position. We provide one-time client assignments only, with no guaranteed hours, shifts, or number of patients per week. Contractors are paid per client assignment, and work is offered based on client needs and your availability.
Our clients are typically private pay individuals recovering from elective/cosmetic procedures who need short-term support after surgery. These are generally low-acuity, non-complex clients who are looking for safe, attentive, and compassionate assistance during their recovery at home.
Assignments commonly include transportation packages, where you would drive the client in your own private vehicle, remain with them during discharge, and then provide 2 to 24 hours of post-operative care in their home/hotel/airbnb. Most care involves comfort support, mobility assistance, safety oversight, light meal or hydration support, and helping clients settle in during the early recovery window.
Compensation is $31.25 per hour, with a $100 minimum per assignment.
We are looking for candidates who are warm, polished, reliable, and comfortable working independently in private homes. This is a great fit for someone who already has another primary position and wants the flexibility to accept occasional assignments on the side.
Ideal candidates will have:
CNA or MA credential
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
Comfort transporting clients in their own vehicle
Professional, calm, client-facing demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Availability for occasional weekday, evening, or weekend assignments
Experience with post-operative care, home care, or patient support preferred
