  • Respond appropriately to changes in condition and urgent clinical situations

  • Prior skilled nursing, subacute, CLHF, home health, or high-acuity experience strongly preferred
  • Strong medication administration and clinical skills
  • Experience with medically complex patients preferred
  • PCC/electronic charting experience preferred
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to changes in condition
  • Comfortable working in a small facility where teamwork and accountability are essential

    What We Are Looking For

Dependability is extremely important for this position. We are looking for a nurse who takes ownership of their scheduled shifts, arrives on time, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of consistent staffing in a high-acuity healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is clinically astute, organized, calm under pressure, compassionate, and able to prioritize resident needs appropriately.

Schedule availability must include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday AM shifts (12 hours).

If you are an experienced LVN looking for a consistent weekend schedule in a smaller healthcare setting where you can provide hands-on, individualized nursing care, we encourage you to apply.
