About This Position
Bethany of the Northwest, a non-profit icon of the healthcare industry in the Northwest for nearly 100 years, is seeking a Part Time NAC/CNA to come join out team. Bethany at Silver Crest is an Assisted Living facility located in South Everett near Mill Creek. Come join our family and find out what the “Heart of Bethany” is.
The Certified Nursing Assistant assists residents with their medication program, in addition performing other duties under the guidance and delegation of a licensed Registered Nurse. The CNA must: set up, record, and assist with medications as ordered by physicians and/or at the direction of an RN; provide medication assistance documentation per policy and state requirements; communicate changes in resident's conditions accurately and efficiently to RN, emergency personnel, physicians, and resident family/responsible party; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Part time - 20-30 hours variable shifts and days
Pay Range: $22-25 per hour DOE

Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course and active Washington NAC license
Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
Ability to think and work independently and with direction
Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality
Up-to-date identification
Basic computer skills
