Kline Galland Home is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (NACs) for Every Weekend coverage. We offer flexible DAY shifts, a supportive care team, excellent benefits, and a $1,000 signing bonus for eligible hires.

Employment Type: Part‑Time and Full- Time available
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000
Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC) Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, and basic hygiene
Perform basic patient care duties such as taking vital signs, observing residents, and reporting changes in condition
Assist with resident mobility, including ambulation, turning, positioning, and range‑of‑motion exercises
Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care in a team environment
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements include:
Must work EVERY Saturday and Sunday
Washington State Department of Health Certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA-C)
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Experience as a nursing assistant
Able to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics
Able to occasionally lift or push up to 50 lbs. and pull up to 100 lbs
Caring and compassionate heart
