CNA – PRN / Per Diem
Tri-State Nursing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN and per-diem opportunities.

CNA: $19–$24/hr

Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
Take and document vital signs as required.
Respond to resident needs and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
Follow facility policies and care plans.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Requirements
Active South Dakota CNA certification
Current TB test and physical
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and compassionate
Experience is not required — new CNAs are welcome!
