About This Position
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse (Travel) – Up to $40/hr
Travel LVN/LPN - skilled Nursing Facility
LPN - Travel Nurse | 8-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 5x8 mids, 2 PM–10 PM, every other weekend required
Training: First 5 weeks, 8 AM–5 PM (Mon–Fri)
Location: Lubbock79415 Texas
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
Active Texas LPN/LVN License
Preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurse
Current BLS Certification
Updated Resume
Copy of COVID-19 Vaccination Card or Approved Exemption
Valid Driver's License (Address Proof)
Must be available to start within 2 weeks or less
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care, including medication administration and treatments
Educate patients on medications and complete documentation
Perform computer data entry (full training provided)
Hold a valid Texas LVN license
Competent in advanced skills: gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary
Travel Pay (W2): Up to $40/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $1600.00
Taxable Hourly Rate: $12/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend: $28.00 (Eligible Travelers)
Weekly Taxable Pay: $432.00
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,120.00
1099 - $41 hourly
Local Pay: $36/hourly

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
